Our main product, Pixel Cap, is made to order and typically takes 1 to 3 weeks to manufacture.
Once your product is finished, your order is packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (this may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or product launches).
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, when available, a tracking number.
We ship using available carriers/shipping services depending on your location and the method selected at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, high demand, or customs inspections (for international shipments).
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. As a reference:
Standard: approx. 2 to 7 business days
Express (if available): approx. 1 to 3 business days
Standard / Economy: approx. 7 to 25 business days
Express: approx. 3 to 10 business days
Important: International shipments may be held by customs, which can extend delivery times.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight/size, and the selected shipping method.
If available, promotions (such as free shipping) will be clearly shown on the store and/or at checkout and may be subject to specific conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

City/State/Province
Postal/ZIP code
Phone number and email address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, refusal, or failure to pick up from a pickup point, re-shipping may require an additional fee.
If your shipping method includes tracking, you can follow your shipment using the tracking number provided.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24–72 hours to display the first scans.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
recipient not available,
incorrect address details,
refusal of the parcel,
failure to claim the package at a pickup point,
the carrier may return the shipment to the origin or hold it for a limited time.
In these cases, re-shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and/or brokerage/handling fees according to the destination country’s regulations.
These charges are NOT included in your order total.
They are the customer/recipient’s responsibility.
Roglow Stickers does not control customs processes and cannot guarantee or accurately estimate these fees.
If customs or the carrier requests payment, it must be paid to release and deliver the parcel.
If the customer refuses or fails to pay customs charges and the shipment is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, shipping and/or return costs are non-refundable.
Additionally:
We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as “gift” to avoid customs charges.
You may request changes (address, details, etc.) before the order is dispatched.
Once shipped, changing the address or carrier is usually not possible.
If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
We pack orders carefully to protect your purchase. If your package arrives visibly damaged:
Take photos of the outer packaging (including the label and any damage) and the items inside.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number
photos and a description of the issue
We will review the case and help you with the next steps.
Note: Some carriers require specific evidence and timeframes to open a claim.
If tracking shows your order as Delivered but you did not receive it:
Check with household members, reception/front desk, or neighbors.
Confirm the shipping address on your order is correct.
